I would definitely recommend CHB to others. I now have my dream bathroom. The standard of workmanship is of the highest quality. CHB stayed within budget, kept me fully informed of how the work was going, and were prompt and efficient. Ive heard so many horror stories about plumbers, so I was very apprehensive, but having seen the work they had completed, I was willing to trust them. They have repaid 100%. CHB are outstanding.

The only slight problem was a lack of (or fault in) communication with the other people involved in the work. However, the standard of work was excellent, your team was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were also very tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending CHB to others.

100% reliable from start to finish. Quoting process was efficiently carried out and comprehensive – clearly stating what was covered. We were consulted and kept informed throughout. Everything they planned to do was carried out exact to timings set. I was delighted with the care they took whilst working in my house and kept disruption to the absolute minimum. They worked together as a team and knew how and what they were doing which enabled the job to be completed within the allocated time, despite ad hoc problems arising. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows in the finished result. I can honestly say I received value for money, not only in the high level of workmanship, but the professional execution of planning through to completion of the job.
