The boys did everything they said they would do and within the price and timescales. They were meticulously clean and tidy and a pleasure to have within your home. Their workmanship was of a great standard – they took great pride in their work. The after sales service was good and I would certainly recommend CHB to others.

Having had both bathrooms done, both were excellently finished, on time, in budget and with minimum hassle! In both bathrooms there were unique challenges, which CHB found solutions and delivered them. We would recommend these guys to anyone.

I found CHB through our intranet at work and asked them to quote on our buy – to – let property for a replacement boiler. CHB were not the cheapest quote (we got 3 quotes) but they were punctual, gave a professional looking quote and had good previous recommendations on our intranet. During the boiler installation, Dean and James encountered numerous problems (the house is 140 years old – so this was expected), but managed these issues well and without fuss or additional expense. I was satisfied with this job so asked CHB to quote on my ensuite. James and Dean arrive on time, clean up every night, help you make decisions, are polite with good humour. They also cover your belongings and treat your home with respect. I have and will continue to recommend CHB. This customer survey proves that they value feedback and have their customers at the heart of everything they do. Thank you Dean, James and Jonathan for restoring my faith in plumbers and I look forward to you returning to my home to re fit my master bathroom.
